Lock or platform requirements
For a hotel or access card, share the lock, encoder and system details. Specify the required chip and data layout with your integrator; a matching frequency is not enough.

PVC Cards
No. Confirm the exact lock, encoder, chip and system requirements with the integrator. Test an issued sample on the intended locks before ordering the batch.
No. Some membership listings specify an optional IC/ID chip. Confirm whether the quotation includes a chip and identify its exact type; printed membership artwork alone does not imply RFID.
Send the numbering pattern and encoding requirements for review. Confirm feasibility, file format, validation and any data-handling requirements in the quotation before submitting a production file.
Do not assume this. Confirm card size, thickness, finish and printer requirements for the selected model. Test a sample in your actual printing and issuing workflow.
